
Colombo- The Commissioner General of Examinations, AKS Indika Kumari Liyanage, has officially announced the postponement of the 2025 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination papers that were scheduled to be held today, November 27, and tomorrow, November 28.
The decision was taken due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions across the country, which have resulted in a significant disaster situation, including flooding and disruptions to transport. The Commissioner General stated that ensuring the safety of the candidates was the primary consideration for this move.
Candidates are advised that the Department of Examinations will notify them of the revised dates for the affected examination papers through official announcements in due course.
