Fuel Price Cut Announced: 92 Octane Petrol and White Diesel Drop by Rs. 6

Colombo, Sri Lanka — In accordance with the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation's (CPC) monthly pricing formula, a new fuel price revision has come into effect for the month of September.

According to the new prices, the cost of a liter of 92 Octane Petrol and Lanka White Diesel has been reduced by Rs. 6.

The revised fuel prices are as follows:

• 95 Octane Petrol: Rs. 341.00 per liter (no change)
• 92 Octane Petrol: Rs. 299.00 per liter (down by Rs. 6)
• Lanka White Diesel: Rs. 283.00 per liter (down by Rs. 6)
• Super Diesel: Rs. 313.00 per liter (down by Rs. 12)
• Lanka Kerosene: No change in price.

The CPC stated that these price adjustments were made based on the predetermined pricing formula. Meanshile LIOC will also match the revised fuel prices of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation. (newscenter)
