(Colombo) ITAK MP Shanakiyan Rasamanickam today revealed in Parliament that the gambling regulation bill presented by the current government poses a threat to national security by allowing gambling licenses to be granted to ships in the country's territorial waters.
He also revealed that local casino owners have been evading payments owed to the government. MP Shanakiyan Rasamanickam further stated that MPs who speak out against this corruption are being suppressed with mudslinging attacks.
