Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe revealed in Parliament today that the information presented by the Prime Minister yesterday regarding the SupremeSAT-1 satellite was incorrect. He stated that the inaccurate information had been provided to the Prime Minister by ministry officials.
Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe further said that he would expose the fraudulent activities of the company in the future.
This comes after the Prime Minister, in response to a question raised by MP D.V. Chanaka yesterday, stated that Sri Lanka had earned revenue of Rs. 343.9 billion through the SupremeSAT-1 project.(newscenter)
