Cement companies increase price of 50kg bag by Rs. 100

Cement companies have increased the price of a 50-kilogram bag of cement by Rs. 100, citing rising production costs.

Following the price revision, the price of a 50kg bag of cement, which previously ranged between Rs. 2,100 and Rs. 2,250, has increased to between Rs. 2,200 and Rs. 2,350.

The companies have stressed that they have been left with no choice but to increase prices in response to the rising cost of cement production.
