Strict Bail Conditions Imposed
The court ruled that the former CSO be released on a combination of bail conditions:
Additionally, Chief Magistrate Bodaragama imposed an overseas travel ban on the suspect as part of the conditions for his release.
The Bribery Commission has previously informed the court that the investigation stems from Wanniarachchi's alleged failure to properly disclose the manner in which he acquired the significant assets, violating anti-corruption laws.
