Suranjith Wewita has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA).
He also serves as a member of the Presidential Task Force.
The appointment was made to fill the vacancy created following the resignation of former SLTDA Chairman Buddhika Hewawasam due to personal and professional reasons.
