The Colombo High Court has ordered the suspension of bank accounts and vehicles belonging to lawyer Rakitha Rajapaksha, which were recently frozen by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC), for a period of three months.
The order was issued after considering submissions made by the Bribery Commission.
Accordingly, the court ordered that the relevant bank accounts and vehicles belonging to Rakitha Rajapaksha remain suspended for a period of three months.
